Upon meeting the dog, she was shocked to see that the dog was covered in ticks. \u201cHe was clearly left to be eaten alive for a very long time,\u201d she wrote,\u00a0calling him\u00a0\u201cone of the saddest, most tick-infested strays\u201d she had seen.<\/p>\n
