Reportedly, the Australian property features a 650-foot driveway and is surrounding by lush green gardens. It also has a panoramic view of the Blue Mountains.<\/p>\n<p>Developers are said to be so desperate to purchase the land upon which the property sits, that they\u2019ve made several big offers.<\/p>\n<p>And yet still the family say no\u2026<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-127041\" src=\"https:\/\/en.newsner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2023\/05\/AHi.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=FhE3LQueTvo&amp;ab_channel=7NEWSAustralia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Credit \/ 7News YouTube<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As per reports, most of the neighboring blocks of land were sold off in 2012, during which time the property in question would have been valued at around $4.75 million.<\/p>\n<p>10 years later, however, experts are claiming that the home might be worth as much as a staggering $50 million!<\/p>\n<p>Taylor Bredin, a real estate agent with Ray White Quakers Hill,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.news.com.au\/finance\/defiant-family-refuse-to-sell-50m-sydney-property-to-developers\/news-story\/f6efc4e00ee59954803495432c92142a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">told 7News:<\/a>\u00a0\u201cThe fact that most people sold out years and years ago, these guys have held on.
