They came upon a screaming small girl, uninjured by the collision but terrified by the event.<\/p>\n<p>The firefighters tried to cheer her up and ease her worries. They saw she was holding two bottles of nail paint and began conversing with her about it.<\/p>\n<p>They then went one step further and volunteered to let her paint their nails!<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>North Davis Fire District on Saturday, October 12, 2019<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It was a wonderful and kind gift. These firefighters probably don\u2019t get their nails done very frequently, but it gave the girl something to do to distract her from the disaster.<\/p>\n<p>And it worked like a charm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWithin minutes, the child was calmly painting their nails and had forgotten about the accident she had just experienced,\u201d stated the North Davis Fire District on Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGreat job Chief Hadley and Captain Lloyd for providing awesome customer service to one of our young citizens.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Commenters applauded the firemen\u2019 considerate actions: \u201cTough enough to wear purple and not care,\u201d one person remarked. \u201cAmazing job!\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>North Davis Fire District on Saturday, October 12, 2019<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It\u2019s incredible how a little, thoughtful encounter like that can truly make a difference and make someone happy.<\/p>\n<p>Let us congratulate these firemen on going above and beyond!
