American Idol<\/em>\u00a0just wrapped up its 21st<\/sup>\u00a0season, and big congrats are in order for contestant Iam Tongi. Naturally, Katy Perry made sure to bring it in the fashion department for the big occasion. And her outfit did not disappoint.<\/p>\n

Katy just dropped a BTS photo on Instagram of herself her stunning orange finale dress that is simply ~everything~. The photo is simple: Katy is posing on set next to some props while working the dress for all it is worth. The dress featured cut-outs down the bodice that show off her super-toned abs, and a see-through mesh skirt that revealed her sculpted legs. And shoutout to the neon traffic cone that was busy holding the train of Katy\u2019s dress in place for the full effect.<\/p>\n

\u201cOrange u glad it was a great\u00a0#idolfinale<\/a>? \ud83c\udf4a\ud83e\udde1,\u201d she\u00a0joked in the caption.<\/a>\u00a0Her husband, Orlando Bloom, dove right into the comments, sharing a peach emoji, followed by a fire emoji. \u201cServe after serve after serve. They just keep coming \ud83d\udc4f\ud83d\udc4f,\u201d someone else wrote.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re curious to know more about this star\u2019s workout habits (and toned core) you\u2019ve come to the right place. First of all, you should know that Katy puts in the work, but she\u2019s been clear in the past that she doesn\u2019t totally love working out. \u201cMy exercise routine is being half late to the workout because I hate working out,\u201d Katy previously told the\u00a0Wall Street Journal<\/a><\/em>. \u201cI\u2019m always like, \u2018I\u2019m so late, too bad I can only do a few things.\u2019 The guy who works me out is like, \u2018Yeah, right.’\u201d<\/p>\n

While Katy previously told\u00a0Women\u2019s Health<\/a><\/em>\u00a0that she isn\u2019t a gym rat, she still makes sure to get it done. \u201cIt\u2019s not my\u00a0favorite\u00a0<\/em>thing to do with the world\u2014unless I\u2019m dancing or I\u2019m snowboarding or I\u2019m doing something that\u2019s kind of masked,\u201d she said. But she\u2019ll do social activities, like pickle ball and she aims to workout three to four times a week.<\/p>\n

In the mix: Yoga and weight training. Katy is especially into hot yoga, and she previously told\u00a0Prevention<\/a><\/em>\u00a0that the practice helps her mental health. \u201cI have had a dance with depression, and hot yoga helps clear it all out,\u201d she said. Katy also gave a shout-out to CorePower Yoga, which she said she likes because \u201cyou always know what you\u2019re going to get.\u201d<\/p>\n
