According to CBS News, Frank Biden, one of two younger brothers to the president, said that Joe Biden\u2019s declining health \u201cabsolutely\u201d played \u201ca considerable role\u201d in the decision to drop out of the race, the first incumbent president to do so since Democrat Lyndon B. Johnson did so in 1968.
\nHowever, not long after, per CBS News, Joe\u2019s family threw Frank under the bus, claiming that he\u2019s an \u201calcoholic\u201d who has not spoken to his brother in \u201cweeks,\u201d adding that the claim Joe\u2019s health was a factor is \u201ccompletely untrue.<\/p>\n
