But the second guy\u2019s story quickly beat out his friend\u2019s. He yelled,\u00a0\u201cThat\u2019s nothing!\u201d \u201cI promised my wife I\u2019d build her a new pool deck.\u201d Her dream trip to fish was the only way to make it come true after years of wanting it.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The third guy, who was paying close attention, added his own story. He told them,\u00a0\u201cYou both have it easy!\u201d \u201cI promised my wife that I would redo the whole kitchen for her.\u201d I know it will be a lot of work, but I just had to join you guys on this fishing trip.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

As they fished some more, they looked over at the fourth man who had been quiet. The boys finally gave in and asked him,\u00a0\u201cYou haven\u2019t said anything about what you had to do to be able to come fishing this weekend.\u201d What\u2019s going on?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

When he told his secret, the fourth guy had a sly grin on his face.\u00a0\u201cWell,\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0he began,\u00a0\u201cI just set my alarm for 5:30\u201d. When the alarm went off, I turned off the clock, gave my wife a light push, and asked, \u201cFishing or S**?\u201d Do you remember what she said? \u201cPut on a sweater.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n
