This one was deemed an emergency because it was unexpected. We are extremely thankful to the physicians and nurses at Children\u2019s National for his remarkable recovery. In reference to the regular segment on Baier\u2019s show, Emanuel honorarily names Dr. Yves d\u2019Udekem, the chief of cardiac surgery at Children\u2019s National Hospital in Washington, D.C., as \u201cwinner of the week\u201d in the video.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/ins><\/div>\n<p>When Paul appeared to have a common cold, the ordeal started.
