The crumb is fine and the texture is smooth. I love the semi-sweet chocolate ganache but if you prefer milk chocolate feel free to substitute.<\/p>\n<p>An easy to make delicious cake shaped brownie with chocolate icing everyone will love!<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nIngredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 box chocolate cake mix<br \/>\n1 box fudge brownie mix<br \/>\n4 large eggs<br \/>\n1+1\/4 cup water<br \/>\n1 cup oil<\/p>\n<p>Ganache:<\/p>\n<p>1 cup heavy whipping cream<br \/>\n1 (12oz) bag semi sweet chocolate morsels<br \/>\nInstructions<\/p>\n<p>Cake:<\/p>\n<p>Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a bundt pan with bakers spray or use the butter\/flour method.<br \/>\nCombine first five ingredients in a large bowl and whisk for 2 minutes or until lumps are mostly gone.<br \/>\nPour batter into prepared bundt pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.<br \/>\nWhen done baking, remove cake and allow to cool in pan for up to five minutes. Carefully turn cake out onto a cooling rack and cool for 30 minutes more.<\/p>\n<p>Ganache:<\/p>\n<p>Place heavy whipping cream in a large microwave safe bowl and heat for about 2 minutes. You want the cream to be just boiling.<br \/>\nCarefully pour chocolate morsels into cream\u2026 it may rise up and bubble and this is ok.<br \/>\nLet sit for 5 minutes.
