\nA classic Philly cheesesteak is comprised of thinly cut ribeye steak along with onions and peppers served on a roll with American cheese provolone cheese, provolone cheese along with cheese whip.<\/p>\n
CHEESE SAUCE
\nIn a large saucepan, melt butter.<\/p>\n
When the bubbling has subsided, sprinkle flour on top and cook for about a minute until the flour is lightly brown.<\/p>\n
Gradually add the warm milk into the butter and flour mixture while stirring continuously. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture becomes thick.<\/p>\n
