id=\"viewer-2190c\" class=\"qLu9J fi-3d xFXGd _6-rbz nL1m6\"><span class=\"tLgi0\">(5) Knead until a nice smooth dough is formed, clammy to touch but not too wet and sticky (knead in a little flour if id=\"viewer-3ulu9\" class=\"qLu9J fi-3d xFXGd _6-rbz nL1m6\"><span class=\"tLgi0\">(6) Place dough into a bowl, cover with a wet towel and leave in a warm place to prove until double in size<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-hook=\"rcv-block22\"><\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\"><\/div>\n<div data-hook=\"rcv-block23\"><\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p id=\"viewer-ds30r\" class=\"qLu9J fi-3d xFXGd _6-rbz nL1m6\"><span class=\"tLgi0\">(7) Knock back the dough and roll into 1 large loaf, place on a non-stick mat on a tray and dust the top with Place into a pre heated oven at 200oC and bake for 12 minutes<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-hook=\"rcv-block28\"><\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\"><\/div>\n<div
