I had to make this immediately upon seeing the photo today. Used whipping cream from the refrigerated carton (on-hand), and it worked out wonderfully. This is a Restaurant-Style\u00a0<a title=\"cheesecake\" href=\"https:\/\/myskinnyrecipe.com\/?s=cheesecake\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"19\">cheesecake<\/a>\u00a0for sure, only better. Used fresh, cut up, lightly sweetened strawberries on the side after chilling the cheesecake instead of using the strawberry\u00a0<a title=\"Pie\" href=\"https:\/\/myskinnyrecipe.com\/?s=pie\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\">pie<\/a>\u00a0filling. Wonderful! Thank you for sharing the recipe.<\/p>\n<p>This was fantastic!! Made it the first time for 40 people &amp; got rave reviews. I didn\u2019t put the cherries on until a couple of hours before serving &amp; my filling set up perfectly (don\u2019t know if holding off on the cherries had anything to do with that or not)!!!<\/p>\n<p>Excellent!!!! Oh my gosh was it ever good. We ended up serving it in bowls though as it didn\u2019t hold like a normal cheesecake does-don\u2019t worry-it\u2019s sooooo good you won\u2019t care!!!! YUM!!!!
