You only need milk, flour, yeast sugar and butter:<\/p>\n<p><b><u>INGREDIENTS:<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p>200 ml WARM MILK<\/p>\n<p>400 g ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR<\/p>\n<p>40 g BUTTER<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp SUGAR<\/p>\n<p>7 g (1 \u00bc to 1 \u00bd tsp) YEAST<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp SALT<\/p>\n<p>1 EGG<\/p>\n<p>OIL FOR FRYING<\/p>\n<p>SUGAR FOR SPRINKLING<\/p>\n<p><b><u>METHOD:<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p>1. In a large bowl, add the milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, yeast, salt, egg, flour, and butter.<\/p>\n<p>2. Use your hands to mix all ingredients and knead the dough.<\/p>\n<p>3. Cover and allow to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>4. Remove the dough from the ball, flatten slightly, and divide into 12 equal parts.<\/p>\n<p>5. Use your hands to create round balls of dough.<\/p>\n<p>6. Roll out the ball into a long, thin sausage shape. Fold the ends over each other.<\/p>\n<p>7. Continue to fold to form a plaited donut.<\/p>\n<p>8. Cover and allow to rest for about 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>9. Heat enough oil for shallow frying in a cast-iron pan over medium heat. Add the donuts and fry until golden.<\/p>\n<p>10. Flip the donuts and fry the other side until golden and cooked through.<\/p>\n<p>11. Sprinkle with sugar.<\/p>\n<p>12.
