It is believed the breeder intentionally threw this puppy away due to these health problems, discarding their \u201cfaulty product\u201d and leaving the puppy to die.<\/p>\n<div id=\"newsner-f222a4a5797b56741a89228970d8693b\" class=\"newsner-f222a4a5797b56741a89228970d8693b newsner-bluebillywig_instream\"><\/div>\n<p>Realizing the puppy was near-death, the broker picked him up from the trash and got him help at a nearby rescue, and later reported the breeder.
