\u201cIt\u2019s not very common, but I had this desire to help both,\u201d he told the\u00a0Washington Post. \u201cA human can say, \u2018I have this problem \u2014 this is what hurts,\u2019 but an animal can\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n
Last month, he got the job of a lifetime when he was asked to help out an adult giraffe named Gerry, who was having some mobility problems.<\/p>\n
