Ingredients:
- 1 package (1 ounce) seasonal taco mix
- ° 1 can of refried beans
- 1 packet of cream cheese
- 1 package (16 ounces) sour cream
- 1 jar (16 ounces) of salsa
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- ° 1 chopped green pepper
- ° 1 bunch of chopped green onions
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 can (6 ounces) black olives, sliced and drained
- ° 2 c cheddar cheese
PREPARATION:
In a medium bowl, combine taco seasoning mix and baked beans. Spread the mixture on a serving plate. Combine sour cream and cheese in a bowl. Spread over fried beans.
Put the sauce on the layers. Layer tomatoes, green peppers, green onions and lettuce on top of the sauce and cover with cheddar cheese. Garnished with black olives.
