Characterized as both dramatic and enigmatic, the manifesto included Livelsberger’s striking assertion: “What I’m going to send you is going to change the course of humanity.” The email, dispatched just days prior to the incident, outlines supposed covert military operations, advanced drone technologies, and alleged war crimes in Afghanistan. Livelsberger’s actions and motivations have since become a central topic in national security debates, prompting inquiries into the ramifications of his assertions.

As discussed on the podcast, Livelsberger’s manifesto detailed what he referred to as “gravitic propulsion systems” utilized in unmanned aerial vehicles, a term that both Ryan and Shoemate remarked is generally linked to science fiction. Livelsberger claimed that both the United States and China possess operational capabilities in these technologies, which he described as the most significant national security threat ever encountered. He asserted that China has been deploying these advanced drones from submarines along the East Coast, comparing their capabilities to a “checkmate” situation against the United States.

The manifesto highlighted Livelsberger’s alleged participation in a cover-up concerning civilian casualties resulting from airstrikes in Afghanistan in 2019. He asserted that these strikes, aimed at suspected drug facilities, led to the deaths of hundreds of civilians, including women and children, and that the U.S. government subsequently concealed this information. Livelsberger’s email reportedly urged for transparency, cautioning that the secrecy surrounding these incidents could heighten global tensions and potentially trigger a world war.

Ryan remarked, “Much of this information aligns, but we cannot assign it complete credibility.” He, along with Shoemate and other experts, dedicated several hours to analyzing the manifesto during the podcast. Initially skeptical of Livelsberger’s assertions, Shoemate, who received the original email, began to take them seriously as additional corroborating evidence surfaced.

The manifesto also implicated various unnamed individuals and agencies, including the DEA, CIA, and Department of Defense, in alleged misconduct. Ryan and Shoemate pointed out the challenges in verifying some of Livelsberger’s more extraordinary claims, such as the existence of advanced propulsion systems, but noted that the alleged cover-up of civilian casualties in Afghanistan was consistent with findings previously reported by the United Nations.

Shoemate disclosed that Livelsberger’s Signal messaging account exhibited activity following his reported death, leading to speculation that the former Green Beret might still be alive. While Shoemate and Ryan refrained from fully endorsing this theory, they recognized its plausibility, considering Livelsberger’s background in counter-surveillance and clandestine operations.
