In an instant, she dragged the man closer, lifted him up together with his wheelchair, and gently placed him inside her enclosure.

Someone shouted:
— Quick, get a tranquilizer! There’s a man in the gorilla enclosure!

A crowd gathered around, everyone waiting anxiously to see what would happen next. The man didn’t move — he knew how dangerous gorillas could be and thought that this day would end in tragedy. He just sat there, stunned, unable to believe what was happening. But then the gorilla did something that no one expected  Continued in the first comment 

Instead of attacking, the gorilla did something completely surprising — she slowly approached the old man, gently hugged him, pulled him close, and began to rock him softly, like a child.

The keepers froze. The people standing by the fence stopped shouting. In the silence that followed, someone whispered:
— She remembers him.

The gorilla held the man tenderly, as if he were her own baby. Then, just as calmly, she placed him back into his wheelchair and pushed him closer to the fence. The staff rushed over, took the man out, and brought him to safety.

He said nothing, but his face said it all — he had recognized her. It was the same gorilla he had once raised and saved many years ago.
