This easy chocolate chip cheesecake is decorated on top with mini chocolate chip cookies. You can either make your own or use Chips Ahoy like I did.
The graham cracker crust also pairs perfectly with the creamy cheesecake filling!
Ingredients:
CRUST:
- 1 cup graham crackers crumb
- 3 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoon light brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
CHEESECAKE:
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 1½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup semi sweet mini chocolate chips
CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
- ⅔ cup semi sweet mini chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
