Ingredients:

  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust
  • 16 ounces of softened cream cheese (two 8-ounce packages)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the Topping:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set.

For the topping, combine sour cream, sugar, and vanilla.

Spread the topping over the slightly cooled pie.

Bake for an additional 5 minutes at 450°F.

Allow the pie to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
