Ingredients
1 eggs
350g flour
250g butter
1 pack of vanilla sugar
170g sugar
120 g cornstarch
preparation
1. First mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, cornstarch and flour, add butter in small pieces and add the egg. Then briefly knead everything together using a hand mixer (dough hook).
2. Then put everything on a worktop and work it into a kneading dough with your hands (the warmth of your hands creates a nice dough that shouldn’t stick).
3. This dough is rolled out on the worktop with a little flour and cookies are cut out, placed on a baking tray and baked at 180 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes. You can decorate the cookies according to your own taste.
