7-Up Biscuits:
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup 7-Up
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick and sour cream.
Pour in the 7-Up and stir the ingredients together until a soft dough forms. Be careful not to overmix.
On a lightly floured surface, turn out the dough and knead it gently a few times.
Pat or roll the dough to about 1/2-inch thickness.
Using a round biscuit cutter or a glass, cut out biscuits from the dough and place them in a greased baking dish.
Pour the melted butter over the biscuits, ensuring that each one is coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown on top.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Enjoy your delicious 7-Up Biscuits!
