• 4 slices prosciutto
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the sauce
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
• 1/3 cup white wine
• 3/4 cup chicken broth
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• salt and pepper to taste
• fresh sage leaves and lemon wedges optional garnish
