Josiane wasn’t sure what to expect as she strolled along the dusty road when three tiny dogs suddenly sprung out of the ditch. Although they first gave off an air of fear, they were also aware that they needed assistance. They eventually plucked up the bravery to approach Josiane.
The tiny beings soon came to believe Josiane meant well, and they began to put their trust in her. Josiane, however, was going to do more than only console and love the puppies; she was going to genuinely alter their course in life.
Josiane chose to bring the dogs to her house despite their poor condition.
We see it every day, and it breaks our hearts.
People seem to have no regrets when they abandon their dogs, and there doesn’t seem to be an end in sight.
Thankfully, there are those like Josiane Lúcia De Almeida da Silva who shine through the shadows.
Josiane, an animal rescuer, was called to an extremely remote area of Brazil last year. Three young puppies in need of immediate assistance were discovered close to an illegal waste disposal site, just outside of a city.These unfortunate puppies had probably been driven to the dirty spot and left there by someone.

Josiane’s friend the veterinarian Clarissa Castro Braga told The Dodo, “She took care of them at her house.”
“She fed them food with adequate nutrition, and they received important vaccines and deworming.”
It’s difficult to comprehend why someone would be so callous as to abandon them in the middle of nowhere. However, what matters most is that an angel, Josiane, chose to come to their aid.
The dogs were, of course, perfect—they were energetic, active, and eager to shower everybody with affection.
Josiane and the veterinarian Clarissa determined it was time for the puppies to find their own families as they became a little older and stronger. Thankfully, Clarissa’s clinic hosted an event where all three canines found new homes. What a fantastic conclusion!
So let me reiterate. Don’t get a dog in the first place if you’re not prepared to take care of it. Pets aren’t like toys that we can discard after we become bored with them!
